Product Description
Copper bushing parts are widely used in crushers. Copper castings parts on crushers generally include cone crusher outer bushings, eccentric bushings, socket liners, countershaft bushings, upper and lower thrust plates of crushers, and etc. The role of copper bushing parts is:
1) Increase and reduce the sliding friction of the equipment during operation, and reduce power loss;
2) Greatly increase the service life of the wear-resistant parts of the cone crusher, reduce repair and maintenance costs, and strive for higher equipment utilization;
3) Effectively protect the steel parts in contact with it from wear and tear, and it is easy to replace when the copper parts are worn out.
Copper parts are made of brass and tin bronze, and tin bronze is more widely used.
